Subscription refund and cancellation policy

All subscription charges are non-refundable. This applies to all subscriptions: Remote Monitoring Plans (monthly and yearly) and Test Strips Auto-Delivery.

Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel anytime in your account (Account → Subscriptions) or by calling 972-519-0308.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. Charges that were already made are not refunded, including partial months or years.

Exception: enrollment not completed

• If you ordered the Remote Monitoring Plan via 2-in-1 4G device and our partner agency cannot complete your enrollment, we cancel your plan and refund your payment in full.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
